Location: We prioritise candidates who are based in Dubai then consider those working remotely in one of our European Hub Locations (UK, Spain or Germany).

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help strengthen our growing Data & Analytics team. This role will play a key part in improving our data infrastructure, maintaining high data quality, and delivering fast, actionable insights across teams. They’ll also support product, business, and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics. Please note you must have experience working as a Data Scientist and this role is not for ML/AI engineers. Strong Data Scientist with SQL & Python experience.

• Actively shaping how company uses data for strategic decisions.
• Enhance data infrastructure and tooling for improved efficiency.
• Support critical business units with ad-hoc analytics and insights.
• Conduct deep-dive research and analysis to uncover actionable findings.
• Improve data collection and analytics processes across teams.
• Ensure dashboards provide clarity, usability, and real-time visibility.

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, this role is not for an MI/AI engineer.
• Proven track record of implementing data infrastructure improvements and optimisations.
• Prior experience working with blockchain tools or DeFi data strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipeline optimisation.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and practical experience applying them.
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams.

• Crypto/Web3 analytical stack (Dune, Nodes, Flipside)
• Low level blockchain data understanding (traces, events)
• Experience in uncovering business-driving data insights
