As a Construction Supervisor CSA – Data Center (m/f/d), you will support the construction management team in the execution of complex EPC projects and take responsibility for supervising civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works on site.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesSupport construction management of high-tech data center projects within CSA (civil, structural, and architectural works)Supervision of construction activities on site with regard to quality, schedule, and workmanshipCoordination and monitoring of subcontractors and support in managing construction workflowsParticipation in site inspections, acceptance tests, and coordination meetingsDocumentation of construction progress and support in reporting to construction managementRecording defects and tracking defect resolution in coordination with subcontractors and site managementMonitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations on siteShow your expertiseRelevant qualification in construction (e.g., master’s or technician qualification) or a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualificationInitial experience in construction supervision, site execution, or internships on construction sites is a plusInterest in data center, industrial, or plant construction projects, especially CSA tradesBasic knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standardsWillingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and to work on-site during project assignmentsWillingness to work in shift systems if required by the projectTeam spirit, willingness to learn, and a structured, independent working styleGood German and English skills for communication in an international project environmentValid German driver’s license Class BContact:You want to be part of the Exyte team?
