Aufgaben

Within the area Digital Product Management & Digital Extras, our team holds the end-to-end responsibility for the enablement of car connectivity & the Mercedes-Benz online store in further markets.

The Digital Extras business is a key pillar of the Mercedes-Benz strategy to build the world’s most desirable cars. The next level of digital experience is expected to become a decisive value driver and core selling point. Your will master these tasks:

Managing of license extension requests from various stakeholders (End customers, product management, R&D, etc.) and processing of the requests in our license management extension tool (JACPOT)

Defining and prioritizing backlog items for process & system improvements based on business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder needs to steer the development and maintenance team for a timely delivery and issue resolution

Development of the product strategy and roadmap planning together with technical owners.

Contributing to complex, international projects with a broad range of stakeholders (R&D, Product Management, IT, Customer Service, Marketing, Controlling, Legal, etc.) to implement connectivity for our vehicles in further markets and enable the Mercedes-Benz online store for additional customers

Leading work packages within these projects to ensure a smooth project go-live within the approved timeline & budget and ensure a proper risk management within the project

Analyze, evaluate and integrate market-specific requirements into the project blueprint

Qualifikationen

What you bring to the table:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing or a comparable field

Several years of experience in digital product development, IT projects, and/or managing complex projects within interdisciplinary, intercultural teams

Experience in coordinating and aligning between various technical (IT / R&D) and business areas within the company

A genuine passion for digitalization and future-oriented business models

Relevant experience in sales-related functions at HQ, Regional level or in MPCs, ideally with a good understanding of VS1–3 sales and After-Sales processes

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to bring structure, clarity and momentum into diverse topics

Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a strong advantag
