As a Fullstack Software Engineer (m/f/o), you’ll be part of an agile environment where you’ll be responsible for complex, data-driven services—from products for doctors, students, nurses, and laypeople to authentication systems. Actively spar with your peers and the Product Manager to challenge ideas, refine solutions, and deliver maximum value.Mentor and support junior and less experienced colleagues to help them grow and succeed in their engineering journey.Thrive in a modern product team setup, working within a product operating model and contributing to outcome-driven development.Bring an open mind to new ideas, challenge assumptions constructively, and focus on solving real customer problems with impactful solutions.Your experienceTech Stack: Node.js Express.js Next.js React TypeScript JavaScriptSeveral years of hands-on experience building fullstack applications with Typescript and Next.js.Strong understanding of scalable, maintainable architecture and best practices in frontend and backend engineering.Experience in operations related topics like custom and business relevant metrics, incident management and monitoringProven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within a product-oriented organization.Passion for clean code, quality, and continuous improvement in both technology and ways of working.A proactive mindset combined with strong communication skills and a drive to make a meaningful impact.What we offer youWith the option of flexitime (40 hours/week for full-time employees) and mobile working within Germany, you can organise your own individual way of working.
