This role is based in Germany and sits at the heart of our global GTM and RevOps organization , supporting teams across regions, especially the U.S. market.

💼 Your Key Responsibilities

As a Revenue Operations Manager , you will own scalable RevOps processes and systems, with a focus on either Marketing Operations or Channel Operations , depending on the role :

• Design and own end-to-end RevOps processes , ensuring seamless data flow across the sales and GTM funnel.

• Maintain and evolve the Salesforce architecture , ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

• Build and optimize automated workflows using APIs and LLMs to scale GTM operations.

Role-specific focus:

• Marketing Ops: Own the technical architecture of Marketing Operations and Salesforce Marketing Cloud , scaling marketing processes and system integrations.

• Or Channel Ops: Own the technical architecture of the revenue stack with a focus on Channel & Partner Operations , including Experience Cloud / Partner Communities , to enable partner-driven growth.

🌟 We would be the perfect match if you :

• have 1–3 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or Marketing Ops within a SaaS / B2B environment.

• Strong Salesforce expertise (mandatory) , with experience in Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud / Partner Communities as a plus.

• Hands-on experience with RevOps systems , automation, and building scalable technical solutions.

• A data-driven mindset , with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and exposure to BI tools.

• A passion for process design, automation, and operational excellence across the GTM funnel.

• The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Solid understanding of SaaS GTM metrics and revenue drivers.

• Alignment with our values and fluency in English (German is a plus).
