From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits functionalities.Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progressAbility to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation.
