Inside Sales Consultant (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

• Friendly and proactive outreach to customers who have shown interest in our products, with the aim of understanding their needs and providing tailored guidance
• Coordination between customers and internal experts, such as technical customer advisors or Sales Managers, to ensure optimal solutions
• Identification of sales opportunities and support of the sales team through up- and cross-selling
• Careful documentation of customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement of processes and service quality

Qualifikation

• Technical and commercial understanding, along with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Native-level proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish
• Good English skills combined with strong communication and organizational abilities
• A solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
