EBikes Operations Manager

Workster is partnering with a fast-growing European e-mobility leader to hire an Operations Manager for its Operations team in Stuttgart.
This company is building one of Europe’s largest and highest-quality e-bike platforms by sourcing, refurbishing, and delivering electric bikes through a seamless, customer-first operation.

In this role, you will take ownership of key parts of the end-to-end operational flow, lead warehouse and bike mechanic teams, and drive continuous improvement across processes, performance, and customer experience.

Your Role

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and e-bike mechanics
• Own, design, and improve major parts of the operational flow
• Drive a strong customer-centric mindset in all decisions
• Deliver excellent daily warehouse performance and output
• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and partners
• Design, implement, and optimize processes for customer experience and financial efficiency
• Set up tools, dashboards, and reporting to gain full operational visibility
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support fast growth and expansion
• Lead by example in a hands-on, high-performance environment

Your Qualifications

• Strong academic background in Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Finance, Consulting, or similar roles
• Fluent German and English
• Strong leadership and communication skills in warehouse or operational environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and passion for operational excellence
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments
• Ownership mindset with readiness to take responsibility for complex operations
