District Sales Manager - Mid Market (New Business)

Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE:With full scope to sell across ADP's Payroll and HR solutions, this role also provides the infrastructure, presence and brand for sales professionals to have true, global conversations with organisations. You will work with your sales leadership team to define your individual account base strategy, focusing on Mid Market level New Business Accounts based in Germany. This will involve being able to collaborate and orchestrate a leading team of expertise and resource to identify and address client needs in an evolving landscape of people management.KEY RESPONSIBILITESCreate, develop and maintain effective business relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.Managing the sales cycle with senior decision makers, usually in Finance, HR/Payroll or IT service areas.Identifying prospective clients / sales opportunities within your market segment and successfully sell the concept of outsourcing.Independent direct sales of our portfolio of products and services in the mid-market market segmentPlanning and implementation of acquisition campaigns to acquire new customersIndependent acquisition of new customers by telephoneProcessing of enquiries from interested partiesPreparation of offers including pricing and tracking until the conclusion of the contractOrganization and implementation of presentations to interested parties and customersSales reporting using a sales information systemParticipation in trade fairs and other eventsWhat we’re looking for:Several years of experience in multi-layered sales of products or services that require explanation – ideally in the field of human resources managementProven track record of identifying, hunting and closing new business.Fluent German languageHigh motivation to performNegotiation skills, also at management levelHigh customer and service orientationResilience, flexibilityIndependent, goal-oriented way of workingTeam orientationCommercial training or studiesGood IT skills, especially MS Office productsExperience with BPO projectsDriving licence is essential Job DetailsJob Type: Permanent-FT (AC Only)Salaried: Salaried
