Strategic Account Manager (m/w/d) Surgical Vision - Region DACH
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Strategic Account Manager for Surgical Vision in the DACH region to build and lead partnerships with key healthcare customers, driving profitable growth and market share through value-based solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead senior-level partnerships with strategic customers including public hospitals, universities, and private providers
- Co-create and execute long-term value-based business plans driving profitable growth and market share
- Serve as primary strategic interface between Johnson & Johnson and key decision-makers at assigned accounts
- Develop value propositions and services addressing customer-specific challenges around patient pathways and operational efficiency
- Drive commercial performance accountability for assigned strategic accounts including revenue, portfolio mix, and profitability
Requirements
- Experience managing strategic accounts and complex customer relationships at senior levels
- Proven ability to develop and execute long-term business plans in medical device or healthcare
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills without direct authority
- Knowledge of ophthalmology, surgical vision, or related medical device markets
- Fluency in German and English; willingness to travel 60-75% within DACH region
- Track record of driving revenue growth and market share gains
