• Assist our French-speaking parties and customers

• Assist our back office team to deploy opportunities and leads to the sales team

• Create and manage offers

• Follow-up customer quotations and track our sales in excel sheets

• Be responsible for the assistance of our customers and be available to answer any question about our software

• Assist in translations for whitepapers and flyers

• Answer written inquiries through our e-mail system

• Work in close cooperation with our customer care team and the enterprise team

• Enrolled Student (all genders) in the field of business administration or any related subject

• The internship must be a compulsory part of your studies and take at least 6 months

• Communicative and enjoying interacting with people

• Fluency in English and French is mandatory, other languages such as German or Portuguese are a plus

• Advanced Windows® skills or the desire to learn

• The contract location will be Goeppingen, Germany or Porto, Portugal

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
