• Become an integral part of a global legal team, coordinating with colleagues and legal professionals to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal department, including managing files and signing system, organizing meetings, and preparing legal documents and correspondence.

• Support various legal projects and initiatives, conducting legal research as required, compile information, and prepare summaries or reports.

• Comprehend the entire legal ecosystem and each stage of the corporate compliance process, applying relevant legal knowledge to support these stages.

• Help to proactively identify legal risks and support the operational implementation of legal processes and policies.

• Develop and maintain trustful relationships with team members and stakeholders from other departments to provide continuous legal support on a global scale.

• Currently enrolled in a law degree program or a related field with a major or minor in law at a German university

• Solid understanding of general legal principles and terminology, knowledge in corporate law or IT law is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• High level of motivation and strong hands-on approach with the ability to work as part of a team and individually alike

• Fluency in German and in English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus

• The contract location will be Goeppingen, Germany

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
